Our Story

Hello everyone! My name is Jay Ieronimo and I am the founder and head chef of Five Forks Catering.

Growing up, I always knew I wanted to explore the culinary world. I graduated from culinary school in 1998 and began my career as a chef. I prepared meals all over the United States, including Las Vegas, New York, Connecticut, and now Florida!

In 2005, I started my first catering company: Gourmet Creations. We mostly catered corporate events and high-end clients. And then... Covid happened. During the pandemic, Gourmet Creations was at a near stand-still and I had to seek creative ways to evolve my business.

At last, Five Forks Catering emerged. I utilized my three decades of chef experience to create catering that was irresistible. We fine-tuned our menus, servers, and customer experience and were able to grow into a broader market.

Now, I cater dozens of different styles. Anything from hibachi to 7-course meals is on my menu. I love sharing my food and passion with those around me, and am looking forward to hearing from you!
